Directions:

Adults and children over 15 years of age. Take one capsule at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8 oz glass of water, juice or other liquid.

Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours.

Not recommended for children under 15 years of age.

Warning: Do not use laxatives when abdonminal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor.
