This all-natural, gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan mineral mix turns ordinary water into a body recharging electrolyte drink -- with the quality you've come to expect from Celtic Sea Salt®! Doctor formulated, this proprietary formula is ideal for athletes of all ages without all the sugar you find in other sports drinks. For under 70lbs, use 1 scoop in 4 oz and for under 35 lbs, reduce to a 1/2 scoop in 4 oz of water. Can be added to soup, almond milk, juice or water. If you find that this product hardens, put in the refrigerator and it should become powdery again.
Add two level scoops (scoop inside bottle) to 8 ounces of water 2 to 3 times daily. Stir or shake mixture before drinking. May be pre-mixed. Invert this container several times before each use.
