Contains BioResponse DIM®, a unique, stable, and bioavailable form of pure diindolylmethane, an indole, co-solubilized with phosphatidylcholine (sunflower), and microencapsulated in starch particles.

As a dietary supplement, 2 to 4 capsules one or two times daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
