The GG complements the actions of ubiquinol by enhancing absorption and supporting endogenous CoQ10 synthesis naturally in the body.* This formula provides 100 mg ubiquinol as DuoQuinol™ and 60 mg trans-geranylgeraniol as GG-Gold™ per serving, a patented form of GG extracted from annatto seeds, along with quillaja extract for enhanced absorption and bioavailability.

Good stuff!

This product it amazing. No more muscle cramping!!! This is huge because I would get the worst muscle cramps in my rib cage. I had a hard time getting chiropractic care because as soon as I laid on the adjustment table, my rib muscles went into contraction. Not anymore :) I take it with my magnesium supplements and I'm so happy with its benefits!
