While fall sometimes feels like all-things-pumpkin and about counting the days until we can get our hands on that quintessential latte, at Curated we're thinking about apples and this nutrient-dense seasonal smoothie (that could truly be enjoyed any time of the year!). It's full of fiber from apples and bananas, protein from yogurt and collagen, healthy carbs in the form of oats, and cinnamon rounds it out with its blood sugar balancing properties. Enjoy crushed nuts on top for an extra boost of healthy fats.
