TruFiber® features SunFiber®, Inulin and Fiberase®. Sun-Fiber® and Inulin are clinically proven to improve regularity while enhancing the growth of probiotics (see trufiber.net for references). Fiberase® enzymes enhance the prebiotic activity of dietary fiber to further stimulate probiotics. Each serving provides 14% of the Daily Value for fiber.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix one (1) scoop into 8-12 ounces of water, juice or milk. Stir or shake rapidly. Times depend on type and temperature of liquid. Take once or twice daily.
TruFiber® is vegetarian, it contains no wheat, gluten, soy, rye, milk, casein, nuts, eggs, yeast or animal products.
