At Curated Wellness, we take our commitment to quality very seriously and we go to great lengths to ensure that we only carry the highest quality products.

With the exception of heat sensitive and perishable items, products are eligible for return credit if requested within 30 days of the order date. Products must be unopened and unmarked. Curated Wellness places a maximum $1,000 return limit on any order.

Products that are 90 days from their expiration date are proactively removed from our inventory and won't be sold. 

To initiate a return, please email (customercare@curatedwellness.com), chat, or call us at 435-200-5610 to request a return authorization number. 

All returns, excluding those at the fault of Curated Wellness, are subject to a 25% return processing fee, as returned products aren't returned to stock.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
