We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We are happy to process returns for products that have been purchased within the last 60 days. If you've got an item that you need to return, please reach out to our customer care team to get the process started. Include your order number and reason for the return.
If you receive a package that has been damaged, please email our customer care team right away. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
We’ll apply the refund to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account once your refund has been applied. You’ll receive an email from us once your refund has been completed.
