Recipe: Dairy Free Cheese Sauce:
1 cup cashews (soaked 2+ hours), ½ red bell pepper, 4 tbsp nutritional yeast, 2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds, 2½ tbsp lemon juice, 1½ tsp Himalayan pink salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, ¼ - ½ cup water. Place everything in a blender or food processor and blend together until smooth and creamy. Enjoy with our snack crackers or cut vegetable!
