Directions: for optimal results this product is designed to have contact with the oral mucosal surface. Place 1/2 teaspoon of powder in the mouth and let dissolve before swallowing. Powder may be mixed with water, milk or a non-acidic drink. Curculate the solution in the mouth before swallowing. Consume 2 to 8 servings per day. Amounts may be increased.
