Suggested use: Adults, adolescents, and children =1 year old: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily with water or juice or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain; or if you have an immunecompromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment).
