What is Colostrum? Colostrum is the first milk produced by all mammals after birth and is particularly rich in immunoglobulins, immune supporting peptides (lactoferrin and lactoperoxidase) and other bioactive molecules, including growth factors. Directions: Take 2 capsules, twice daily, with water or your drink of choice, on an empty stomach. Take up to two additional servings per day in times of environmental or physical stress.
