Vitamin D3/K2 is safe to take while pregnant or nursing when used as directed, provided you have spoken to your physician first to ensure that you are not taking any prescriptions that may be contraindicated (especially blood thinners), or should not take it for any other reason. Keep in mind it is important to monitor blood levels when taking vitamin D longterm.
