To make a delicious and satisfying smoothie, add 2 scoops (67 g) of PGX® Weight Loss Meal Replacement
into 12–16 oz. (or 1½–2 cups) of water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in a blender with ice, or use as directed by a
health professional. Drink additional water (8–16 oz. or 1–2 cups) within an hour of drinking the smoothie.
A small percentage of people may initially experience minor digestive changes when taking PGX®. Slowly work up to the full dose to give your body time to adjust. It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (8–16 oz. or 1–2 cups) after taking PGX®.
