For adult use only. Shake well for 10-15 seconds. Pour a capful into mouth and gently wash and pull between teeth and gums. Start with 3 minutes and work up to 20 minutes for best results. Spit the rinse into the garbage pail and not the sink, as oils may solidify in cooler temperatures.
Do not ingest. If you accidentally swallow product contact, a healthcare provider immediately. Keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age. This product is not intended as a replacement for regular brushing and flossing.
