Liposomal Vitamin C provides this essential water-soluble nutrient in a unique liposomal delivery. Liposomes are spheres made of phospholipids, which are the primary building blocks of cell membranes that help facilitate nutrient absorption. Each 5 mL serving (approximately 1 teaspoon) of this lemon-flavored formula provides 1,000 mg of vitamin C as sodium ascorbate. The 130 mg of sodium per serving helps to further support the absorption of vitamin C.

Take 5 mL (approximately 1 teaspoon) and hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
