Primal Multi™ is a first-of-its-kind multivitamin, mineral, and phytonutrient blend specifically formulated to mimic the nutrient intakes found in an optimal evolutionary human diet. The levels of nutrients provided by Primal Multi™ were devised based on the concept of evolutionary adaptation of human physiology corresponding to a whole food, nutrient-dense diet. The ingredients in Primal Multi™ have been sourced as naturally occurring or bioidentical forms. In addition to key vitamins and chelated minerals, this formula includes select phytonutrients shown to support healthy physiology* (such as lutein, lycopene, resveratrol, wild blueberry, broccoli seed, citrus bioflavonoids, and more), which were likely consumed in greater quantities in the evolutionary past than they are in the modern diet.

Life changing

I was going to a chiropractor for months feeling a little better but not 100%. A lady told me to try this it's life changing. I figured why not, I've spent enough already. Good stuff!

This product it amazing. No more muscle cramping!!! This is huge because I would get the worst muscle cramps in my rib cage. I had a hard time getting chiropractic care because as soon as I laid on the adjustment table, my rib muscles went into contraction. Not anymore :) I take it with my magnesium supplements and I'm so happy with its benefits!
