Quercetin + Nettles contain 600 mg quercetin and 600 mg nettles. Research suggests that nettle’s anti-inflammatory actions are attributed to its ability to interrupt the production and actions of inflammation-producing cytokines, prostaglandins and leukotreines.

Life changing

I was going to a chiropractor for months feeling a little better but not 100%. A lady told me to try this it's life changing. I figured why not, I've spent enough already. After using it the first night I thought I was going crazy my pain was gone. I do one pump in the morning after a shower, and again at night after I shower. I will never go without this product!!

Good stuff!

This product it amazing. No more muscle cramping!!! This is huge because I would get the worst muscle cramps in my rib cage. I had a hard time getting chiropractic care because as soon as I laid on the adjustment table, my rib muscles went into contraction. Not anymore :) I take it with my magnesium supplements and I'm so happy with its benefits!
