Methyl Folate provides 1,000 mcg of Metafolin®, a patented form of (6S) 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). 5-MTHF is the naturally occurring, predominant form of folate commonly found in cells and is essential for overall health, as it participates as a cofactor in a reaction that involves the remethylation of homocysteine to methionine. Metafolin® is directly usable by the body and has been shown to be the only form of folate to cross the blood-brain barrier.‡

Suggested Use:
Adults take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Literally a life saver

I am allergic to whey protein and chicken eggs (and something else I haven't yet identified) with anaphylaxic reactions. My throat closes up very quickly if I inadvertently ingest one of these. Isopathic phenolic rings have saved my life more than once. I am not a medical professional , and I am not saying this should be a replacement for an epipen or calling emergency services... But for me, who is stubborn and refuse to do both, this is a literal lifesaver. It works within minutes and loosens my throat back up. I don't know if it works for other types of reactions, but for me, it brings me back out of anaphylaxis quickly. If this company ever stops making this, I'm literally in trouble. Everyone with allergies should have this product in their purse or in their medicine cabinet.

I had an issue with my delivery where USPS marked the package as delivered

I had an issue with my delivery where USPS marked the package as delivered, but it was nowhere to be found. I hope a different courier can be considered in the future to help avoid similar issues and make things a bit easier.
