This form of magnesium is preferred over other types for several reasons, including:

Has superior absorption characteristics of any form of magnesium
Has high cellular penetration characteristics to allow it to cross your blood-brain barrier and penetrate cell membranes*

Adults, as a dietary supplement, take three (3) capsules daily. One (1) mid-day and two (2) at night, 2 hours before bed.

Long-time Use of a Proven Product

In 1993, after trying a number of digestive products and still found myself needed antacids or such, my naturopath suggested what she called "the best blend" found in Energique's Digestizyme Plus. I have used it with each meal every day since.
