These branched chain amino acids are essential for facilitating muscle recovery following exercise or exertion in addition to helping reduce feelings of fatigue following strenuous physical activity.* Lactitol contained in this formula also serves as an energy source used by bacteria in the intestines to convert ammonia into protein for quick energy.*
