Directions:

Adults and Children 12 years and older: 2 sprays to each nostril, 3-5 times per day

Children (age 6-12): 1 spray to each nostril, 3-5 times per day

Children under 6: 1 spray to each nostril, 3 times per day

Warnings: Stop use an dask doctor if symptoms of headache, nasal drop or nasal congestion worsen or persist more than 5 days. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a doctor before use. Keep this and all medicines out of reach of children.

Fantastic product

Povidone iodine is fantastic and this diluted nasal spray is fast acting and a great preventive measure! I never travel on airplanes without using it!
