These probiotics are expensive. They seem to be helping. I have had recurring sinus infections and have been in too many antibiotics. I refuse to take any more. Just be sure to take it right before you eat! And remember, you fill your histamine bucket all day — and it always reacts at night when histamine rises naturally. Play it safe at dinner and take your Histamine Digest!

Capsules are easier to use. I like to use the healthier version of my vitamin intake
