Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silica, stearic acid (vegetable), and coating (hy promellose, medium-chain triglycerides, and hydroxypropylcellulose).

This product is non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegetarian.

This product it amazing. No more muscle cramping!!! This is huge because I would get the worst muscle cramps in my rib cage. I had a hard time getting chiropractic care because as soon as I laid on the adjustment table, my rib muscles went into contraction.
