Indole-3-Carbinol supports healthy estrogen metabolism and balance with indole-3-carbinol (I3C), a compound found in cruciferous vegetables.* • Promotes the breakdown of estrogen to the beneficial metabolite 2-hydroxyestrone* • Contains a nature-identical version of I3C from broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cabbage • May offer a safe and effective way to achieve balanced estrogen metabolism*

Long-time Use of a Proven Product

In 1993, after trying a number of digestive products and still found myself needed antacids or such, my naturopath suggested what she called "the best blend" found in Energique's Digestizyme Plus. I have used it with each meal every day since.
