Adults and Children over 12 years: Two servings daily. Optimally between meals.
Mix 1 rounded tsp with at least 8 oz of water, juice or into smoothie. Stir and consume immediately. If too thick, add additional liquid and stir. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure hydration.
