It is one of many substances produced by the body in sufficient quantities in young people, but its production declines with aging.*

Good stuff!

This product it amazing. No more muscle cramping!!! This is huge because I would get the worst muscle cramps in my rib cage. I had a hard time getting chiropractic care because as soon as I laid on the adjustment table, my rib muscles went into contraction. Not anymore :) I take it with my magnesium supplements and I'm so happy with its benefits!
