These probiotics are expensive. They seem to be helping. I have had recurring sinus infections and have been in too many antibiotics. I refuse to take any more. I went through one bottle and then ran out. Sinus issues back. I’m going to try staying on these for a while. I’ll pay whatever it takes if it helps.

Just be sure to take it right before you eat! And remember, you fill your histamine bucket all day — and it always reacts at night when histamine rises naturally. Play it safe at dinner and take your Histamine Digest!

Capsules are easier to use. I like to use the healthier version of my vitamin intake

This supplement Became so expensive so I started to look elsewhere for it. Found it on Currated Wellness and after checking the reviews of the company, I was satisfied they were legitimate and I ordered it. Seems to be doing the job.
