The patented Bio Solv® technology behind Hydrosoluble™ Q-Gel® produces sub-micron size CoQ10, increasing its surface area and exposure to bile salts for enhanced micellization and absorption. While this form does not require proximity to lipid-containing meals, it is generally believed that taking it with meals will still offer the best bioavailability. Vitamin E is added to enhance the solubility of CoQ10
