Folinic Acid Lozenge by Seeking Health contains a potent dose of methyl-free folate as folinic acid. Each delicious lozenge provides 1,360 mcg DFE (800 mcg) of folate in a well-digested form.†

Initial use for the first week, take ½ a lozenge by mouth, let dissolve slowly, then swallow. If needing more support, increase to 1 full lozenge. Take as needed. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.

Excellent Relief

My husband asked me to find a replacement bottle because he could not find it on Amazon. He has terrible back pain and this allows him relief after he plays golf or does any chores.
