Each stick contains one serving of Optimal Electrolyte to mix with a glass of water.
Suggested Use: As needed, add 1 stick to 8 oz of filtered water, and take away from food. Adjust flavor to your liking with more or less water. For best results: sip, hold, then swallow. Avoid chugging. Do not take within 3 hours of bedtime. Use as directed by your healthcare professional.
