Suggested Use:
Standard dose: 1 capsule twice daily, ideally away from food.
Strong dose: 2 capsules twice daily, ideally away from food.
First dose in the morning before breakfast with 8-12 ounces of water. Second dose early in the afternoon or before afternoon energy low. Not to be taken beyond late afternoon as it may interfere with sleep.
Result Timing: On average men experience improvements within the first box.
Side Effects: There are no known side effects.
Interactions: There are currently no known interactions when taken in conjunction with medications.
