Menstruating (Ovulating) Women: Apply one spray, one to three times daily as needed, from day 14 through day 28 where day 1 is the first day of the menstrual cycle. Not to exceed 3 sprays per day unless recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
Perimenopausal Women: Apply 2 sprays, once or twice daily as needed, from day 7 through day 28 where day 1 is the first day of the menstrual cycle.
Menopausal or Non-menstruating Women: (30 day cycle) Apply 2 sprays once or twice daily for 25 consecutive days. Discontinue application for 5 days, then resume cycle.
Directions for use: Apply spray to inner thighs or inner arms. Rotate between sites.



Do Not Use if: Pregnant, intending to be pregnant, or nursing. Discontinue use if irritation or red skin develops and consult a physician.
Storage: Keep tightly closed in a dry place; do not expose to excessive heat.
