Bifido-PB30 combines five proprietary, research-driven Bifidobacteria strains, which have been extensively studied in clinical trials to carry out a myriad of health benefits, such as modulating inflammatory response, enhancing immune function, and normalizing gut motility.

Bifidobacteria are largely present in the large intestine.
They help to mediate carbohydrate fermentation in the large intestine and contribute to the production of important short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs).

Although they are the most abundant genus present in the guts of healthy infants, Bifidobacteria concentrations decrease as individuals age, with greatest declines observed in the elderly.

Adults: take one (1) capsule 1 - 3 times per day, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For children (4-6 years old): Open up the capsule(s), and take as powder.
For 0-3 years olds: Mix powder with liquid.
Take at least 2-3 hours away from the use of antibiotic(s).

Long-time Use of a Proven Product

In 1993, after trying a number of digestive products and still found myself needed antacids or such, my naturopath suggested what she called "the best blend" found in Energique's Digestizyme Plus. I have used it with each meal every day since.
