Shake well before using. Adults: One (1)
teaspoon daily; can be taken up to twice daily for 2 weeks
during times of extra stress. Dilute in 23
ounces of water, or
to taste. May also be taken undiluted, or diluted in hot water
for a nice herbal tea.
Herbal residue inside bottle is normal.
Avoid with bipolar disease, a history of hormone sensitive
cancer or if pregnant. Caution if on thyroid medications.
