Sweet dreams

This is slightly helpful in helping me relax a half hour before I go to bed, For that I would give it 3 stars, but it burns my tongue, and throat terribly. I also feel it makes my nightly acid reflux worse. For the horrible burning in my mouth and throat, I would give it one star. I will be reviewing this with my naturopath and look for a better product
